I've been going to Carewell Dental for years and have never been happier! The staff is amazing and Dr. Nair is wonderful. They offer great services and the care is top notch!
I had broken a crown and of course it was a upper front tooth - not easy to hide. The first opportunity I had to call was at noontime and I was asked to come in at 2:00 to see if anything could be done to help me that day. I arrived at 1:45 and filled out my paperwork as soon as the paperwork was turned in I was in a chair. All I can say is what an AMAZING staff! I have had extensive dental work performed and no establishment has held a candle to them! I was given a post and core with a temporary crown all within that one appointment. They have without a doubt earned all of my dental business from this point forward - I cannot thank them enough!
So after making the huge decision to go through braces as an adult, I went to Dr. Nair to get more information because she does Invisalign. This was one of the biggest and easiest choice I have made for myself! I am now done with my treatment and it has been life changing and I feel so confident when I smile! Which is huge because I talk to people all day long! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great care!
Now I know this is not a pediatric dentist but when I went into google and typed in "pediatric dentists near me", this place came up. I called not knowing very much about them and asked three important questions. One: Do you accept MassHealth? Two: Are you accepting new patients? Three: How are you with young children who have autism? For the first two questions, I received "yes" as my response. For the third question, I was informed that they see many other child who also have the same diagnosis as my child but if he proved to be beyond what they were familiar with, they were refer me to some other place that they knew of. I made an appointment and brought my small 3 year old child to see this new dentist in the hopes that he wouldn't try to bite any fingers that day. Upon arriving, the receptionist was wonderful and put the tv on for my kid. We watched Bubble Guppies while we waited. Then when we got into the room, the dental assistant was very patient with my kid as he refused to open his mouth for her. He also didn't want to sit in the chair very long so she gave him a present from their toy chest. After she was able to clean his teeth, she called the dentist in who clearly had the patience of a saint! This woman was the nicest dentist I've ever met in my entire life. She was extremely patient with my child who was biting his lips at this point and she only wanted to see his teeth. I ended up tickling him so he'd open his mouth. She knew exactly how to speak to my kid knowing that he was not going to respond and she didn't stop smiling. At the end, my kid didn't want to stay in the chair so he bolted down the hallway and into the waiting room where Bubble Guppies was still playing. Instead of having to pick him up and bring him back, the assistant brought me the next appointment card and a bag of goodies for him to leave with. Needless to say, I don't ever think I'll take my kid to any other dentist if I don't have to.
